Protection without bars, grilles, or the prison look.

“No one can tell they’re security screens from the street.”
30 seconds.
Most break-in attempts are abandoned within 30 seconds.
A security screen makes those 30 seconds impossible to get through. No cutting, no prying, no forced entry. Just a would-be intruder moving on to an easier target.
Marine-Grade Materials
Built for San Diego’s coastal climate and designed to last decades.
316 Stainless Steel Mesh
Same grade as marine hardware. Virtually impossible to cut with hand tools. Resists prying, puncturing, and slashing.
Tamper-Resistant Mounting
One-way screws, heavy-gauge aluminum frame, anchored directly to your window opening. Can't be pried from outside.
Full Airflow & Visibility
Similar open area to standard fiberglass mesh. No view sacrifice. You can still see out clearly through the steel weave.
Corrosion Resistant
Thrives in coastal salt air from Ocean Beach to Carlsbad. No rust or degradation, even after years of exposure.
Safety First
Security screens can be installed with quick-release mechanisms on bedroom windows to meet fire code egress requirements. Protection from outside, easy exit from inside when it matters.

Common Questions
It's extremely difficult. The woven 316 stainless steel resists cutting with knives, box cutters, and even tin snips. A determined intruder would need power tools, and the noise and time required makes it an effective deterrent. Most break-in attempts are abandoned within 30 seconds.
Barely. From more than a few feet away, they look like standard dark-mesh window screens. The aluminum frames come in several colors to match your window trim. Compared to bars or grilles, they're far more attractive and don't give your home a fortress look.
They serve different purposes. An alarm alerts you after someone has already broken in. Security screens physically prevent entry in the first place. Many of our customers use both. The screens act as the first line of defense, and the alarm serves as backup.
Yes. Security screens are mounted on the exterior side of the window, just like a standard screen. Your windows open and close normally behind them. You get fresh air with full protection.
